特別関税監督区域と関税物流センターの監督と統計を標準化するために,税関総局は,税関監督方法のコードを追加することを決定しました声明は以下のとおりです.
1、 証券の展示品
(1) 税関監督方法コード5072は",税関特別監督区域の輸入輸出展示品"とも呼ばれ,略して"地域内の拘束展示品"とされています. is added for the business activities of enterprises within the Customs Special Supervision Area (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprises within the Area") transporting exhibits from overseas to the Customs Special Supervision Area and re transporting them out of the country税関収納品の展示には適用されない.
税関監督方法コード6072 "拘束物流センターの輸入輸出展示品" または "拘束物流センターの展示品" is added for the business activities of enterprises within the bonded logistics center (hereinafter referred to as "center enterprises") transporting exhibits from overseas to the bonded logistics center and re transporting them out of the country税関収納品の展示には適用されない.
（2） Exhibits imported and exported between customs special supervision areas or bonded logistics centers and overseas areas shall be declared and supervised by enterprises within the area as "bonded exhibits within the area" (code 5072)センター内の企業によって"センター内の証券展示品" (コード6072) と呼ばれる.輸送方法は,実際の輸入および輸出輸送方法である.単一の商品の統計が実施される.
Exhibits temporarily imported from overseas (excluding goods temporarily imported under ATA documents) that are transferred to customs special supervision areas and bonded logistics centers shall be declared and supervised by enterprises within the export zone as "bonded exhibits within the zone" (code 5072)センター内の企業によって"センター内の証券展示品" (コード6072) として使用されます.輸入および輸出のための実際の輸送手段は,単一の商品の統計が実施される.
(3) 上記展示品の購入時,企業は実際の規制方法に従って申告し,輸送方法は"その他" (コード9) である.出産国 (地域) は,入国時の出産国 (地域) である.輸入品貿易統計に含まれます.
2、 税関国際輸送
(1) "特別関税監督地域における国際輸送物品"または"地域内の国際輸送物品"とも呼ばれる"5073"の関税監督方法コードが追加されます.これは,海关特別監視区域内の企業によって実施される国際輸送事業に適用されます.,つまり,海外から海上特別監視区域へ輸送可能で,海外から海外への輸送過程全体にわたって,輸送の取り決めがある商品,税関の特殊監視区域における倉庫と配送などの関税物流業務に適さない.
税関監督方法コード"6073"が追加され",国際輸送物品のボンドロジスティックセンター"または"国際輸送センター"とも呼ばれます.税関物流センターの企業によって実施される国際輸送事業に適用されますつまり goods that can be transported from overseas to the bonded logistics center and can be arranged for transportation throughout the entire process from the bonded logistics center to the bonded logistics center配送などの配送物流業務のための物品です.
(2) 関税特別監視区域または関税物流センターと海外の間の入口および出口の国際輸送品については,地域内の企業に対する申告と監督方法は"地域内の国際輸送" (コード5073)センター内の企業に対する申告と監督方法は"センター内の国際輸送" (コード6073) です.輸送方法とは,実際に入荷する輸送方法です.税関の単一項目統計が実施されます.
(3) 上記国際輸送品を購入する際,企業は,実際の規制方法に従って,輸送方法が"その他" (コード9) で,輸入時の原産国 (地域) が原産国 (地域) である場合輸入品貿易統計に含まれます.
この発表は2024年1月1日に発効します
