Implement differentiated and graded management of goods registered at checkpoints. Simplify the elements for filling out the approval form. For the infrastructure materials, labor protection supplies, office supplies, and consumer goods mentioned in Article 3, the "part number" and "commodity code" in the approval form bound to the transportation vehicle are non mandatory items. For other registered goods at checkpoints, the "part number" in the approval form bound to the transportation vehicle is non mandatory. Optimize the weight verification of the above-mentioned goods entering the area.
For hazardous chemicals that use customs declaration forms, filing lists, or bonded declaration lists to handle entry and exit procedures, enterprises must truthfully declare and select the "Hazardous Chemicals Mark" on the bonded declaration list.
